Shipping policy

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Orders are handled and fulfilled Monday-Friday. Orders received before 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) enter review the same business day; later orders enter review the next business day. Handling Time / Processing Time is 1-3 Business Days. Standard transit is 7-13 Business Days after dispatch, so the total estimated delivery time is 8-16 Business Days. Business Days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
SHIPPING COST
Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Standard Shipping is $0.00 USD at checkout and no separate handling fee is added.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO). Customers should provide a complete street address and review apartment, suite, unit, and postal-code details before payment.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
Standard parcels may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and parcel routing. Ympvf selects an available tracked service after order review. Separate items may travel in split shipments when package size or stock location requires it.
ORDER TRACKING
After dispatch, the shipment confirmation email identifies the assigned carrier and tracking number. Customers can enter that number on the carrier's official website. Tracking activation may take one business day after the first carrier scan.
DELIVERY QUESTIONS
For a delayed scan, damaged parcel, missing delivery, or address concern, email support@ympvf.shop with the order number and relevant photos when applicable. Ympvf will review the carrier record and communicate the available next step.
